My HeadBangers time for another Hump Day and another week almost over. So let’s get to it…
This Danish Band really puts it out there and I love them. This was sent to me by another blogger, at The Serpent’s Loft, check him out at spergbox.wordpress.com who got it from VikingLifeBlog.wordpress.com, they both nailed this one right on the head..
“You Will Fear My Hate”
Let’s not forget some Thrash from Sweden.
“The Great Deceiver”
If your talking Sweden, there’s nothing better than “In Flames”, right from the center of it all Gothenburg, Sweden.
There you go my HeadBangers, hope this helps get you through the rest of the week. Join me back here Friday for the weekly band.
My HeadBangers please welcome from Belgium the Metal/Thrash Band:
Live at Biebob, Belgium
“Violence & Force”
Let’s look at some bio on these guys, I do have to say one thing, that frontman Joe, does he not have that crazy look about him lmao. Ok I just had to get that out there I’ve been thinking about it for days.
Well my Headbangers once again I don’t have much to tell you except that this band needs someone to put together a biography, I have said this about several bands. Hell I’ll write it for you. Anyway what I have found out is some say 2003 and some say 2007 for the start of the band. They are from Belgium, and are one of the top Thrash/Speed Metal bands, who are signed with Napalm. They are really good at what they do, but it is very disappointing that the only thing about them on 10 sites where there are bands with bio’s, I don’t count Twitter, FB etc., are the announcement of their new album (which is great) and a list of merch and their touring schedule for this year. I know we have all been cooped up the last couple years and it is important for bands to get out there and tour, I get it. But maybe while you were locked up with Covid, someone could put together some info on the band, ie, how did you meet, who came up with the name and what does it mean to the band. Trust me I’ve done plenty of interviews but some of them are to busy so there it is.
My goal has always been to bring bands from all over the world to this blog for my HeadBangers to see and learn something about them. Something that connects us to each other. I will admit that I do get a little behind, hell I work full time just like everyone does. I will tell you this, the next band on this blog will have a bio. We are inquiring minds and we want to know about them. How they feel, what they do in their off time, is that to much to ask from supporters, I think not. I do have their pic and names, hopefully I will hear something from them soon, in the meantime I’m sorry, but be assured this is the last time for those with no bio’s.
Hell they are cute anyway and their music is great. Enjoy it and here’s another mystery band for you.
Well my HeadBangers join me next week for another band (with bio) and another song, I do like like letting my followers down so hang in there with me. In the meantime don’t stand to close to the fire if you can’t handle the burn…..
Here we go my HeadBangers almost another week gone, even though here it was a 4 day week, I do love 3 day weekends but I think the metal cat, Snake, gets tired of me after one day. Here we go HeadBangers:
“You Must Die”
Holy Fking Shit HeadBangers, I have never heard these guys before, hold on while I get my shit together. They are an American deathcore band from Riverside, California started in 2002. That would explain why I probably haven’t heard of them, since I love my northern bands so much. But there are plenty of American bands in the US, some just get me more than others but that goes for the whole planet. We each have our preferred genres, me I love band with hard core growl vocals and hair, what can I say. On to number 2.
OMFG my HeadBangers 2 out of 3 from the US. Here’s another Blackened deathcore Band from Las Vegas, NV. I’m sitting here going WTH, both these bands are killing it as far as I’m concerned. Now number 3…
“Origin of Sin”
Well my HeadBangers I believe this is the first time I’ve gone 3 for 3 from my home the USA. Another American deathcore band from Salt Lake City, Utah. Formed in 2007. Each one of these bands is killer, the vocals are totally on point and videos are excellent. These guys are going to be on tour everywhere check out the FB page. Me, I just want to know how they came up with this name, you know me I’m the curious one.
Ok my HeadBangers if this doesn’t get you through the next couple days, I don’t know what will. Join me Friday for the weekly Band. AND have a great rest of your week…
My HeadBangers please welcome from Arad, Romania the Atmospheric Folk/Transylvanian Black Metal Band:
“Cel din Urma”
This video is absolutely beautiful.
I did reach out to the band, but haven’t heard anything back, I know they will be touring soon, and as you know sometimes it’s hard to get in contact. That’s just how it goes. But, I will tell you what I know so far. A friend of the blog gave me their name and I really like them. As you know I don’t like to translate music because I feel it does loose something. I’d rather let the music take me away to other places, and this band does that to me.
Petrica Ionutescu – Traditional Instruments (2018-present)
Tibor Kati – Vocals, Guitars, Keyboards, Bucium (2018-present)
Sur Austru is a new musical concept created from the ashes of Transylvanian black metal pioneers Negura Bunget. Gathering inspiration and emotions from the aesthetics of nature, ancient lore and forgotten rituals, Sur Austru is proposing a timeless journey into the mystical landscapes of Transylvania.
I really wish I could find out more about this band, but I have exhausted every contact, place, and person I know. But, I will say when you don’t really know much about a band it just makes them that much more mysterious, and me more curious to find out about them. And I will don’t worry. When I do I will update their blog, so hang in there. One thing I do have to say, is look at all that hair omg you know I’m a sucker for that long hair, it’s primal to me.
Well my HeadBangers that’s it for this week, again sorry I didn’t have more information for you on this band. But give them a listen, I’m sure you will enjoy them as much as I did. Next week I think it’s time to get back to some good old Thrash Metal. See you then, and remember don’t stand to close to the fire if you can’t handle the burn….
